Rick Kalinowski, MAI, President
In 1995 Rick established Kalinowski & Associates, Inc.  Prior to starting his own commercial appraisal business, he was a partner at Burke Hansen, Inc., a Phoenix-based appraisal firm.  Rick had been with Burke Hansen for 21 years.  Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado.  He has held many professional offices in both local  and national levels and presently is the regional member of the Ethics Administration Division of the American Institute.   He has received awards for his many contributions to both national and local appraisal groups.  In addition, Rick has been an active civic leader in his community serving on several non-profit boards including The Phoenix Zoological Society, Arizona Chapter of the Leukemia Society, the University Club of Phoenix, Phoenix Children's Hospital and most recently, the Phoenix Downtown YMCA.  Rick lives in Phoenix with his wife and has three grown children and five grandchildren.  He is a long-standing triathlete as well as marathoner.

John Wyatt
John has been an appraiser with Kalinowski & Associates, Inc. since 2006 .  He is a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Arizona.   Prior to joining Kalinowski & Associates, Inc., John was a commercial appraiser with New West Consulting in Mesa, Arizona.  John was a volunteer for the Marine Conservation Project in the Philippines from 2000 to 2001.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Manchester, UK.  He lives with his wife and two daughters in Phoenix.

Jim Hoene
Jim joined Kalinowski & Associates, Inc. as an appraiser in 2008.  He is a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Arizona.   From 2007 to 2008 Jim was a commercial appraiser with Kilby Valuation Group in Gilbert, Arizona.  Prior to this, Jim worked as a commercial appraiser for New West Consulting, Mesa, Arizona for several years.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona.  Jim has two children and lives in Scottsdale.

Connie Burroughs, Administrative Assistant
Connie has been with Kalinowski & Associates, Inc. since 2001.  Previously she was employed at Ringel/Kotzin Valuation Services and before this at CB Richard Ellis.  She has vast experience in running all aspects of a busy appraisal office.  Connie has three adult children, four grandchildren and lives in Phoenix.
